Lounge - Maidenhead

My son has coealic disease which means he is GF, the staff were very understanding of that and explained to us about the separate fryers and that everything was cleaned before preparing the food. When I went to order, the person who I spoke to first explained that she couldn't take my order and went to get the manager who took the order. We have struggled to feel comfortable while eating out but we felt very relaxed here and confident that our son would find something to eat. A good choice of GF items, when the food arrived it was clearly marked GF and a red flag in it.

Went to Bardo Lounge for lunch with a group of colleagues. They have an extensive gluten free menu of brunch options, burgers, salads and mains. I had to place my order with the manager which always adds reassurance, my fried chicken club sandwich and fries arrived with flags to indicate GF and coeliac….and it was sooo good, will be going back to try more options!!

Bardo Lounge is very well suited for GF dietary requirements and the staff are knowledgeable about ones needs too.

Have always felt very safe and reassured eating here. Once a food allergy is mentioned a manager treasures your order rather than regular wait staff.
