Roman Candle Sparkler - Madison

Our company held our annual winter party at the Madison Children's Museum earlier this January, and it was a tremendous success! The Roman Candle served as both our caterer and bartender for the event. We enjoyed collaborating with them in advance to plan a fun menu that featured a selection of appetizers and pizzas. Everything was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job managing the buffet throughout the evening. We also worked together to create custom batch cocktails, which were a massive hit among our guests. Furthermore, the smooth cooperation between the Madison Children's Museum and The Roman Candle made the planning process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend The Roman Candle for any catering needs!

The staff is friendly, and there's a great selection for what essentially is just an indoor food stand. The vanilla ice cream from the chocolate shop pairs perfectly with the Sprecher's root beer, creating one of the best floats I've ever tasted.

The pasta salad was frozen, and by 12:30, they had run out of almost everything. They even tried to sell me a salad for a dollar that was a day old, with brown lettuce leaves—really unappetizing! It's better to bring your own food.
