Contribuiți la feedbackForget about the expensive and fake European bakeries at tourist sites in goa! you will find the next pastry palace and satisfy them that sweets require far away from home. Although we had only the salty croissants with Indian...style fillings, we were very impressed by the fluffyness and taste of the croissant teigs. also the red velvet was very good.
The cake was good. The prawn puffs were tasty. Everything else was just decent. There wasn't anything standout. The service was satisfactory and the prices were reasonable. However, the quality of the food was not as good as it should be.
It was a surprise to find the kind of torts and cakes that they would see in a warm coffee house in the middle of goa. also taste.
If you're a fan of chocolate like we are, be sure to try Choco Forest. We stopped in for a quick bite and found the prices to be quite reasonable. Other menu items worth trying are the spinach sandwich and the veg schezwan puff.
A better place to munch on bakery items and snacks than most of the other similar joints that boast of joint-ventures with reputed brand of bakers ' confections and chocolate confections. My favourite has always been the Chicken Croissant and cheese croissant. Do give it a...try. As the name suggests, Pastry Palace is indeed a house of delicious pastries. Being a 'Madgaumcar ', this place has been a regular haunt for people like me.
