Dairy Queen - Macon

I will never eat from this location again. I've watched them cook food with some utensils, use those same utensils to open a panel or something above the grill and go back to flipping burgers without washing those utensils. If they did that, who knowswhat other unsanitary practices they're doing.

There is a huge language barrier when trying to order inside. I ordered a large royal cheese cake and had to repeat myself four times, I surely don?t mind that! I was trying to be as nice as possible, but tell me why this premium blizzard was only cookiemixed in with vanilla and then filled with the strawberry filling. It was made so wrong and tasted like straight graham cracker.I?m of course angry bc this thing is EXPENSIVE and I spit it out. The whole thing is blended and not even remotely correct.

My double cheese burger was sooo hot and delish. My fries were hot and delish too. Really enjoyed my meal.

The customer service is awful. They are rude and slam the window in your face. They have to put sundae lids on there blizzards so it doesn?t drip everywhere. That is not a DQ blizzard. (If you can?t turn it upside down without it falling out then it?sfree.

I ordered through doordash.. got a text that it was delivered, but it hasn't been. I call and they set up to redeliver, the food gets to me... the fries are ice cold, the burger is cold (not like it was hot too begin with, the cheese wasn't melted) the soda cap came off and half spoiled in the bag!
