Winchell's Donut House - Lynwood

They take forever to prepare sandwiches or bagels. Too slow

Horrible service and extremely slow, it’s been like this for the past 6 years. The donuts are already made not sure why someone should have to wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru.

At night the drive thru is closed. That's when they should mostly be open! I've ordered ham and cheese croissant and they don't bother warm it up. Cheese is not where near melted just the whole block of cheese with ham. The lady is on her phone on Bluetooth and doesn't care about having good customer service

I have a bad experience today, the food was ok, and the service to slow, they should be take orders out from drive-thru and inside at the same way, they concentrated more on the orders for drive-thru

Donuts are good but y’all need better employees than this fat girl working today 12/8/22 at 2:00pm she not talking she screaming and that’s not the way to treat customers she is salvadorian I ask no chocolate and she didn’t listen she add a lot of chocolate donuts ? she has a big fat actitud
