Costa - Luton

This restaurant is fantastic with excellent staff. I have never had a negative experience at this Costa. The employees are amazing and the drinks always live up to expectations.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly, and I always have a positive experience here. The dining area is well-maintained, and they generally have all items in stock. Keep up the good work.

I ordered two flat whites with soya milk, but the lady started making them with normal milk. Her colleague reminded her that it was supposed to be soya, but she rudely replied that no one had told her. I also asked for the milk not to be heated above 60 degrees. When I received my flat whites, they were in huge cups with watery, extra hot soya milk. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how my coffees were prepared, as they were of extremely poor quality and the wrong size. However, the staff member ignored my complaint. Unfortunately, there is no Cafe Nero in Luton, which I believe is much better than Costa.

You can not tell a client at 17:15 that he can not use the toilet if you are closing at 18:00. I understand the staff wants to go home at 18:01 but unfortunately on this sector, coffee shops, restaurants, etc, when you close to public there are always a bit more to do. I asked to do a formal complaint and they offer me to register on the Web site and give an opinion. Here is my opinion, on trip advisor. Remember! If you go to Costa Coffee in Luton Mall you can not use toilets after 17:15

The staff in this store are really friendly, particularly the female manager who is often on till. I really appreciated her giving me 25p back when she forgot to take the discount off for my reusable cup! The coffee is great and all of the baristas seem to be really passionate about making coffee. Only downside is the lack of vegan options. Sometimes there is one soup or wrap and one traybake, all of which don't seem to change and aren't very interesting! Would love to see a vegan cake and some toasties with vegan cheese etc.
