Mcdonald's - Lufkin

This one used to be good but it has gone downhill so much its pitiful. Employees have become lazy, I even saw one eating behind the counter not long ago... with a gloved hand! Lately they don't even open at 7 like their hours say and when they do finally open the door, they won't even help customers. A disabled person came in and needed to order but they ignored her so another customer had to step up and help. To top it off, today my food was stale- tasted like it was reheated from yesterday. The only good thing I have to say about this McDonald's is that one of the cleaning crew- a Hispanic man, is always very kind and though he doesn't speak English always takes time out to acknowledge to my kiddo.

Got my order wrong (ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel) and the manager Luis said to come back and he would take care of it. Showed up and had to tell them the order 3 or 4 times again, after telling them in the drive-thru, who I was, what the order was, and who approved it. Waited 27 minutes in the drive-thru Luis still got it wrong! So I called back and Luis tried to pretend it wasn't him (Like he was an answering service) and when I called him out on it, he said hold on, placed the phone on hold, and it's still on hold so when you call back the line is busy and it's been busy for now 47 minutes. So I called the bank and had them stop the funds from coming out. And called the Corporate Office. The ladies are usually more customer service oriented but not this guy. This isn't our first run in.

Man do they always got to be so dang rude every time we come up here what happen to customer service and people not acting like they are inconvenience to be at work. Y'all need to try and have fun I swear.
