Restaurant Le Petit - Lüneburg

The menu is 90% traditional German cuisine. Four of us had very different dishes. All were excellent and delicious. Fish, meat, vegetarians, all delicious and good quantities. Friendly staff and helpful. I highly recommend the buckwheat pancakes, and in one of the most picturesque parts of this beautiful city.

We decided to visit the restaurant at 11 a.m. We chose it because of the beautiful location. When it was time to order, we had a very nice waitress who told us that we had to wait a little for our food because the kitchen told her that they started to work 11:30, which was a bit strange, but was ok for us so we ordered some food and drinks. A few minutes later, another waitress came to our table and told us that we had to wait a minimum of our food because the kitchen will not begin before 12:00. That's when the fun started. We decided to quit the food and just take a few drinks. The beer was okay, but the coffee was terrible! It tasted like colored water! After that we were a bit disappointed, but when the bill came, we were shocked. We decided to share the bill so that the waitress had to calculate the different elements together, but she told us that she was not able to do this. So she pulled out her smartphone to calculate simple equations like 5,50 4,00€, which can normally be done without calculator! The “funniest” part was when my friend paid 11€ with 50 and it took about 2 minutes until she realized how much change he came back. The payment process lasted more than 5 minutes, which is far above the average. Overall, you could say that the service is bad, soo are some of the drinks and the food is probably too, but as I said, we were not "authorized" to try it. I will definitely not come back until they begin to teach their staff how to do simple mathematics!

Also uns hat das Essen dort sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren an Silvester mit der Familie dort. Es gibt regionale Speisen und guten Fisch mit Bratkartoffeln. Leider ist das Restaurant etwas klein, aber sonst war es sehr schön dort.

Gemütlich,freundliche Bedienung,leckere Speisen,komme beim nächsten Lüneburg Besuch bestimmt wieder ,alles frisch zubereitet,Toilette sauber was will man mehr.

Ein kleines gemuetliches Restaurant am Stint. Fleisch oder Fisch Gerichte und alles frisch zubereitet. Ich hatte Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln (Aenderungen am Menue sind absolut moeglich), ein anderes Mal Buchweizenpfannkuchen, die ausgezeichnet waren, nicht trocken, aber mit viel Geschmack. Es gibt auch vegetarische Gerichte von Suppen, Salaten ueber den Gemuesebratling oder einfach mal Pommes . Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis, ruhiges Ambiente und sehr freundlicher Service.
