Nitsche - Luebeck

Beautiful location in Lübeck City! We discovered this jewel on a hike. Good choices. We enjoyed a vegan coconut soup with pumpkin... Next time we try the vegan burger.

We were very impressed. unfortunately I can only give 4 stars because happy cow does not allow 5. the place deserves them. the ingredients for the bowls were all on the display, super fresh and quite unusual. our chili was really hot, just like I did it home) . we had a nice conversation with the owner and he showed us up in his old town house. unlike in most restaurants, the articles of the few NON-VEGAN were marked. the rest was vegan....nice!

We found the restaurant surprising and could not be happy anymore. the witness is super friendly. eating has a great energy and they only use vegan ingredients except 3, which have a great celebration for every vegan.
