Horrible service , do not bother introduce them self , took them about 20 min to get our order we din’t even finish ordering , had to walk out , was there at least an hour just waiting

Food was ok and service was what you would expect for place like this.

I have tried 4 separate meals. All 4 were so bad that Taco Bell tasted better and had more meat in the tacos and burritos. I want to know since when is green chili orange and has no flavor. The tacos had very little meat no cheese or lettuce. Refried beans were purple and was a mash no real beans. This location needs to take lessons from the Longmont and Kearney, NE locations. I will never go to the Loveland location ever again.

This was our first time here. The food was great and the atmosphere was very inviting. We got out food within 15-20 min fast cService.
