Papa Johns Pizza - Louisville

Just mild inconveniences sent the complaint in and got a refund immediately. Ordered a 10pc breadstick with nacho cheese. Recieved 6 with marinara. Also ordered a side of banana peppers. Recieved 1 single banana pepper. Pizza is not cut all the way through. But aside from all that the food is hot and tasty as expected. Thank you.

Ordered on the website they sent doordash to deliver and I have messages with the driver saying that some guy said the order was his. they literally let someone steal my order cause they left it outside instead of bringing it to my apartment like they're supposed to. Doordash sent a refund to the store and they told me to contact the store so they can process my refund and you can never get a hold of anyone I've been trying since 11am it's now almost 12am and the manager basically called me a liar before I contacted doordash myself the one and only time they actually answered. No place is this busy. I would never order again just because of the unprofessional manager at this place.

We ordered lunch for the office for a coworkers birthday. We were missing a pizza. When I called, I asked if they would deliver it since we had already sent someone once. I was told there wasn't a driver. However, when I went back, there was an employee carrying a car sign into the building. Then, I waited 10 minutes to be waited on. I placed an additional order because all of the pizza was either going to be gone or cold by the time I got back. The other pizza continued to sit on the cooling rack and it was getting cold. It was at least another 10 minutes before he started making my pizza. I placed my initial order at 12:45 and I didn't sit down to eat until 2:45. I called corporate to complain and I was told to leave a review. Well, here it is. It isn't worth any stars. BIG FAT ZERO! Happy Birthday to my friend. I'll make sure it's a good birthday without help from Papa John's

Walked in with my door dash pizza box. Waited 20 minutes past pick up time and the two guys working were yelling back and forth cussing about how much they hate door dash. If you read this, please order some better pizza and skip this joint.

After a long drive from Kansas City and getting a room at hotel being late in the evening we spotted a Pappa Johns so we decided to get our dinner there. After arriving to the store we observed two young males making pizza in their kitchen. After about five minutes or so one of the young men hauled to a third gentleman sitting in the back of store making him aware that there were customers us) in the front awaiting for service. This gentleman obviously the person in charge walked up to us but not to care for us but to stop first by the phone on the wall. Finally asking my teammate what what we needed and not in a professional or polite way, my teammate communicate to him we needed to order and carry out a pizza. I kidd you not, this man almost lost it, immediately walked away with making eye contact without any respect and in a very unprofessional conduct loudly told us not asking) that we have to place the order on and worse he. My teammate in shock and me in disbelief of what just happened. Well! Welcome to Louisville! That gentleman is in the wrong line of work, he belongs in a zoo. On top of the price for the pizza this crew lost a hefty tip.
