Arby's - Louisville

The service was just ok. The greeting was slighted. Must have been a long day. But food was ready in a timely manner and hot.

I don't recommend eating hereI've never had Arby's but had no choiceThe cashier was a sweet woman but the manager lady was not.

Never had a problem with getting the correct order until todayOrdered an Italian MEATBALL and what did I find after I got home, LOADED ITALIAN.

Oh wow! My favorite above all else! Just LOOK at this sammich! MMMM MMMM! The drive thru was exceptional, and order taker was sweet! Nice young lady by the voice. At window, it's like it was known that.. nahhhh, no way. Fuggeddaboudit....

I like the Arby's and the people there were very friendly but they were out of everything. My boyfriend wanted the cheese sticks and they said something about some kind of sauce that goes with them that they were out of, he wanted crinkle fries and they were out, and he wanted one of those Big chocolate, chocolate chip cookies and they were out of them. The staff was extremely polite in helping him to decide on something else which is unusual because he has a temper he usually just gets nasty and tells them he will go elsewhere. We have gone to this Arby's so many times because we live right around the corner from it but this was the very first time this happened.
