Fratelli's Italian Grill - Louisiana

My son and his girlfriend discovered this place we all finally went Thursday night. It was AMAZING!!!

The presentation of the food was nice however, there is zero flavor to the food and the service was terrible lid wasn’t on the container completely and it spilled all they did was put the food back in the container after telling us that they would recook it we paid the full price for something we only got a half portion for.

We thought we found our “home away from home”. We were going to give it a 3 star! Real family atmosphere, amazing menu, great complimentary bread and dipping oil, nice prices on wines..then as the waitress comes for the credit card, a cockroach, yes a COCKROACH crosses our table, my husband catches it with his glass, offers it to the waitress who finally catches it after three attempts and then leaves the table saying nothing and never returns to the table....bit even an apology!!!! My daughters and I tried Fratelli's for the first time and we are hooked. It is a classy place, and the amazing food is surpassed only by the wonderful service. We ordered a sampling of several things, like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and a few other pastas. Nothing we tried was anything less than excellent, and the bread is absolutely crave-worthy. If you're in Central, definitely come try this little gem out!

Terrible TERRIBLE experience! They had those tiny roaches crawling on the wall in our booth! So we very politely and very quietly asked them to just bring our check because we aren't going to eat because of the roaches. We just wanted to pay and get out of there. We hadn't even gotten our entrée yet! And they were so rude and the OWNER came out to yell at us and tell us to pay for our food (we had already paid for everything we ordered and still left a tip).
