Subway - Louisburg

I ordered 6 foot longs and all of them where sloppy even down to the kids meal and throwed together very unprofessional , some subs didn’t have all toppings from what I ordered meat was cold and raw bread was soggy and cold I was very upset we just threw away all 6 subs

I give five stars because of the food and even more, the service here. I used to eat rarely at Subway, but a few weeks ago, I was hungry while shopping at Walmart and decided to get a sandwich here. This wonderful lady helped me get an amazing subway club sandwich with provolone cheese and fixings. Since I was not familiar with the menu, she guided me through the selections, toasted my sandwich to perfection and it was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. There's another lady there who's wonderful as well! It's great when there's a friendly face with a smile, instead of someone who just works there. A few of the other subways I've been to are not as friendly. Being nice helps with any job, and makes a difference all round. Like I mentioned before, I was not a big visitor at Subway, but the help from the staff at this location has now made Subway one of my favorite food places! I go there often, and love my sandwiches every time!!!

There is great service and everyone is nice. The bread and vegetables are fresh and the restaurant is always clean.

They've been eating a lot since I worked in the building. that's worth it every time. only once I ever had a problem with my order, and they immediately replaced it with the correction.

Not only the employees ignore their own ordering process, but are more important and frightening: I have made a mobile order, they claimed they had never got it, but still my card charged. I have been through so many channels, including social media and email a customer service person on the website with screenshots and video results of a phone call from them admitting the situation and sound confused and unskilled, all to receive a refund and it’s still charged on my bank with no refund! I gave this people money for no sandwiches! and since nobody reacts to social media, or by email, I will have to wait to call my bank and hope that they can help me instead! you took my mom in a round, I paid you a lot of money for nothing. that's not all, and if my bank can't help me, I'll call the police.
