Very clean. great hospitality. the food was delicious! service was amazing. good atmosphere. baked green tomatoes are one must! will definitely go back!

Large historical place and good eating and friendly service. love the ambiente! we lost food, but we had no timetable. the story on the wall was very interesting! I'm back!

It is family-oriented, but they could enter the bar side for a few nights! Live music at the weekend! amazing eating and great staff!

Wonderful staff! Food was fantastic. The drinks were amazing. All in all a great experience! I have eaten here many times. It was such a great experience that I applied for a job. So come in and see us Tuesday thru Saturday ?

I used to enjoy this place A LOT! I 've been a faithful customer for a couple years now, At first the food was all amazing and the service was great too. But as time has gone on it has gone downhill fast. First I noticed that the shrimp that were large and juicy were replaced with smaller and poorer quality ones in their Shrimp and Grits. Then it continued on where I would order the amazing hot pork rinds with beer cheese dip to the last time I was there it looked like they just opened a bag of regular rinds and they were not hot at all and less than 1/2 the amount. They have messed my order up more than once and when I let one of the owners know the response left the feeling they don 't really care. Once I placed my order and after almost an hour wait the waitress said they forgot to check on it. My most recent visit there were only about 8 customers on an early Saturday evening and I heard the waitress tell the customers they didn 't have a lot of the things they normally served. When I asked for the manager because of my very disappointing order I was told it was their day off.I feel really bad because I want so much to like this place, but It 's gotten to the point where I 'll now dine someplace else. It 's a shame because I have taken at least 12 different people there to share the experience but I don 't any longer because I 'd feel embarrassed. I really wished Restaurant: Impossible would have helped them out instead of Z 's Fish House that only lasted about a year after they were in Loudon. We need a good place to dine here.
