Cassell's Hamburgers Downtown

Finally got around to trying Cassell?s!!!???????? This classic burger spot has a diner feel and has a no frills approach to their dishes. ????Ordered: 1. Classic cheeseburger 2. Fries 3. Vanilla shake w/ malt (not pictured) I really enjoyed my burger and it exceeded my expectations. Cassell?s grinds premium beef in house daily for their burgers and it makes such a difference. I loved how the lettuce tomato was separated so the bun stayed firm and perfectly toasted.Each bite was decadent and packed with fresh beef from the thick patty. ????Price: $30 for 2 people

I had originally planned to come to this restaurant for my cheat day, but my roommate wanted burgers and since I live just four blocks away, we ended up here! This place has received great reviews on MSN and was voted in the top 100 burgers in the USA. It wasn't a cheat day for me, so I ordered a lettuce-wrapped burger and tater spuds, while my roommate got a chicken sandwich and shake. Both dishes had great taste, even though I didn't indulge in a bun or shake. I'll definitely be back soon to enjoy those on my next cheat day! The staff was super friendly and the vibe and setup of the restaurant were great. I'll be back for sure!

The burger was excellent, with a limited but quality selection of local microbrews and a very friendly staff.

I tried a variety of dishes at this restaurant and everything was incredibly delicious. The breakfast burger was especially outstanding and the best thing I've had in a long time. My husband enjoyed the DFC, although it was a bit too spicy for my taste. The kids loved their burger, chicken sandwich shakes, which were rich and chocolatey. I also sampled my brother-in-law's truffle spuds and peanut butter pie, both of which were amazing. I highly recommend the food here. Additionally, the service was exceptional and the best I have ever experienced at a casual restaurant. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!
