Contribuiți la feedbackFantastic dinner with a wonderful ambience and great drinks! We had reservations for a Monday dinner and were surprised to see how full it was when we arrived. We asked for seating through her garden we loved as we had to look at it in one of her perimeter tables and see the torches illuminated. The outdoor seats have a good view, but you can very easily see the view at the restaurant entrance and go down the stairs where they have some landscapes that you can walk through. We both ordered the garlic noodles and shared the silk whisperers and drunk dragon milk. The noodles were beautifully flavored and although the part looked small, were enough for a meal. The silk whisperer was very sweet on the first swallow, but fortunately they used a dry sparkling rose for a dry finish. The dragon's milk was my favorite with a beautiful foamy coconut taste! My only torment was their required $15 top valet parking, although I think that is the price you pay to dine on a hill overlooking LA in a residential area.
There are very few places that give you such an experience. All about this restaurant is top notch. View, atmosphere, food, service and ambience. It's all 5 stars! We decided to sleep outside and enjoy the view, but there is also an amazing garden area for an even more quiet dinner. Our server (Laura? Was a pleasure. She shared all her favorite items and gave great recommendations. They have 3 separate kitchens so that food came at different times. That was nice. Everything was amazing. Great flavors and ready for perfection. An absolute MUST if in the area! I mean, look at this view.
A great time for our anniversary (they even surprised us with anniversary champagne) thanks to my special request! The views are wonderful and the ambience is amazing. We had a great table and Joey our waiter went beyond and beyond us. Everything we eat was very recommended by him, including the chief Val Special Cowboy Steak. The food was simply very well made, our personal favorite was the baked Lobster Sushi roll. With what is said, no food knocked out our socks like we hope. Kudos to the bartender who made an impromptu? Surprise? Welcome drinks for us, the perfect start to our time and beautiful to go around. Thank you. We'll be back.
Unforgettable experience and delicious food. We sat earlier than our reservation time, which was pleasantly unexpected. The Calamari was fresh and crispy, the dragon roll was classic, but the spicy prawn noodles stole the show. The cocktails were great even though I can't remember for the life of me what they were called. Our waitress was amazing! She was attentive, extremely helpful with good suggestions and even gave us a small cheesecake and parfait as a birthday present. She was about five stars. The views are incredible. The restaurant overlooks a hill and it is a traditional Japanese style. Parking for us was brave, so I can't speak for self-parking. Great restaurant and I would return.
Excellent restaurant, in a great location, with no less amazing views! All of Hollywood and Beverly Hills is ??in front of you. Must arrive by car. The place is clean, the service is meticulous and professional in a young atmosphere. The dishes I tasted were balanced, rich in flavors and in keeping with the modern Japanese style so prevalent today. In conclusion, this is a wonderful place to have a Japan style diner and highly recommended. 5 stars without a doubt!
