Our first time in the restaurant. we were very satisfied.

That was great. we had the sea bass w/stuffed crab meat. delicious, our host and waiter jordan was very beautiful. in any case, will go back when we are in la.

Beautiful experience of our mother's birthday! eating was delicious service was excellent. they have received our children and wish. I recommend the palm!

Steaks were overcooked but not enough for us to send them back. On reflection next timev we will given the rices)

On this particular evening, the restaurant was slammed and the service suffered because of it. We were seated for over an hour without any course being served other than bread. We were dining pre sporting event and were told we would be out in plenty of time. As it was, we arrived to the game 20 minutes late. Normally they are spot on but was an unfortunate experience this time around. I had also informed them we were celebrating a birthday and there was no acknowledgment of that. The greeting from the hostess was not at all acceptable for a fine dining restaurant, perhaps they too were having an off night.
