Taco Bell - Los Angeles

I tried to go in to apply for a job, but the doors were already closed and locked at 6:45 PM, even though the sign says they’re open until 8 PM. It's frustrating that they close so early. I won't be returning to try again; it seems like the manager and staff aren't putting in much effort. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I'm not sure what the current experience is like, but when I lived in Los Angeles, I had a memorable night after a karaoke session in the living room. The timing of the meal was perfect—I even ordered some old-school items like the Enchirito. Everything was delicious, and I was keen to savor it. I remember it being open 24 hours. I miss you, L.A., especially Crenshaw Blvd!

I ordered some food at the drive-thru and it felt like my bill was higher than expected. I asked the employee at the window to clarify what was in my order since it seemed like more than I had ordered. He responded sarcastically, “Will you even eat?” Of course, I wanted to eat what I had ordered! I found his tone to be rude, especially when we discovered that my order was incorrect. He then explained that the order hadn’t shown up on their screen. I was just trying to ensure my order was right—that’s all. There was no reason for him to be rude about it.

I am a frequent customer at Taco Bell but had the worst experience in my life at their facility located 2800 Crenshaw Blvd in LA at exactly 1:15 PM on Sunday June 26th. As my wife and I aproached the drive thru we asked the person responding did they still offer the mexican pizzas, Her response was can 't you read . When I approached the window to informed her that her response was very rude, she slammed the window shut. My wife and I parked and went inside and asked for the manager and was told she was the manager. I informed her that I was going to call corporate and she said do what ever you want to do and walked off. At the same time a blind man entered the store to place an order and was literally pushed away from the counter because he did not see the little gate. If this lady is not counseled and trained properly I will contact social media outlets, yelp and any other source to let the public know of my experiences. I have call their coporate offices 6 times since this incident. Each time being told I would recieve a call back. To this day, no one has responded. This facility has a 1.5 star rating out of 5. There is an old saying that a fish rots from the head.
