Rally's Hamburgers - Los Angeles

It was SOOOO good. We took a long time ordering and they were so patient. The food was hot and fresh! Definitely check this place out!!!

Always a 30-40 min wait. And all the portions here are happy meal size. Even if you get a double or triple burger,it's the same if you add 2 or 3 patties to a cheese burger.

Good food at great prices. Only thing missing is the chick on rollerblades taking your order popping bubblegum. ????

I recently ordered from Rally's through Uber and DoorDash, and I had one major issue: my ice cream and shake weren't sealed when they were delivered. It made me uncomfortable to think that the delivery driver could have taken a sip from my drink or even done something unsavory with my ice cream, especially since I didn't tip him. I really think Rally's should improve their packaging by sealing everything in bags with stickers or staples, similar to how McDonald's does it. This way, customers can be assured that their food is safe from tampering. Aside from that concern, the food was great!

We ordered a Rallyburger and double fish combos. Unfortunately, we arrived at a bad time, as the employees were engrossed in conversation and seemed entirely unfocused on their work. The cashier asked me four times what size drink I wanted, and each time, I replied that I wanted a medium. To make matters worse, the entire fish sandwich was completely burnt, including both the buns and the fish. It's clear that this restaurant struggles to operate effectively without proper supervision.
