Palomino - Los Angeles

We arrived for dinner at Palomino, but they did not have our reservation in their system. We ended up sitting in the bar area. The food was good and the service was satisfactory. However, we were shocked to find out that the restaurant closed for good on September 25, 2017. It is no longer open for business.

We enjoy coming to this restaurant before events in the nearby area. The food, service, and atmosphere are all nice. There is a $20 corkage fee if you bring your own bottle of wine.

This place was terrible. the waiting staff was indifferent to the point of hostility. eating was not so advertised. my extincts were actually underrived grape tomato. the escapes were largely unusable. when someone noticed that they didn't care. 70 % of the tables were empty, because the quality of the experience would suspect that they should be. this location will not be in operation in six months.

This restaurant had a lovely, quiet high table that was perfect for our party of 3, which I really enjoyed. The service was excellent with attentive staff. I treated my two coworkers, who were both celebrating birthdays, and they were surprised with a delicious slice of Tiramisu cake. They had to leave early because they were so full from the amazing meal. One had the burger, while the other had a pasta dish. I opted for the crumb cakes, which were cooked perfectly and served with two delicious sauces. Palomino never disappoints! Thank you once again for a fantastic experience!

I will miss this neighborhood gem in Westwood. The food is always good (never too salty) and the service is wonderful and very friendly. I understand that there are two other locations. I wish them well.
