Unexpected hit! Not something I'd trek far for, but punching far above its weight-class for filling out a strip mall! This is a high 4, bordering on 5 for the right dish. Liberal use of mint and cilantro worked for me, but won't be for everyone.

Great food- literally everything is good. Great owner too.
