The Arab Restaurant - LORNE

We were there on a Friday night and were the only customers. The food was basic but OK and reasonably priced. However, the establishment looked and felt very run down and as much as the waitress was friendly, the other staff seemed indifferent and bored. This restaurant has a lot of history and memories, but needs to be bought up to scratch as it looks like it is on its last legs. We wouldn't bother returning.

Ordered the specials (mushroom risotto) was absolutely delicious and as was the steak and mash potato. Meals came out pretty quickly and staff were lovely.

The restaurant had a menu in the window and the prices looked reasonable so we went in. The waiter was friendly and efficient, the wine was great. The service was great and we were eating in no time, it was delicious no complaints.

Good coffee. Big breakfast was certainly big and good value for money. This cafe is worth a try if you are on a budget.

Great location, but the food we ordered was horrible, meats lover pizza was worse than Coles frozen pizza. The seafood marinara was just a name, nothing like it at all! Plus they are not cheap! The waiters are friendly though. that's the only positive thing.
