Little Mexico #2 - Longview

Was greeted and seated immediately took our drink order and brought chips and salsa which I must say was spicy We ordered and got beans for the kids our waitress brought out the beans for kids before our meal which I appreciated ,wife opted out for cheese quesadilla with rice and beans I had beef guisada excellent but tad spicy I had charro beans instead of refried they were excellent Our waitress kept drinks full and brought free sopapieas Over all great experience

I have nothing to say but good things about this little restaurant. The owner is one of the nicest guys and always says hello to me. Don't look any further if you're wanting good Mexican food!

We went to the location on East Marshall and was seated in the back. Other people came I with us and were seated near the front. They had their food and was gone long before we were. Our waitress appeared to be busy, but getting refills and assistance was poor. Food was bland.

The service was medicor. They had one waitress during lunch rush. I found a bone in my chicken quesadilla and when we brought it to the waitresses attention she stood there for a minute playing with it and then said she would let management know about it. No apology. Tortilla soup was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like tomato broth with some grease added. Two others in my party didn't get what they asked for. All the waitress could say was I won't charge you for it. Well I would hope not. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

I love Little Mexico (the one on McCann) but this one has some serious issues customer service wise. I went in to place a to-go order with my wife and the lady up front was on her cell phone. Completely ignored our presence. Then when some people came to the front to pay their bill she had a whole 10 minute personal convo with them while making others in line wait. I know the owners would never approve of this type of service and I hope it is fixed very soon!!!
