Yoshinoya Willow Atlantic - Long Beach

The staff here is so unprofessional. The photo says everything. We ordered 4 bowls: one of them has a wrong item (ordered beef but came with chicken); another has only 5 pieces of beef in the LARGE beef bowl. Never again to this place! (2 stars, January 2022) So I had another attempt when I went through this restaurant today. But it got worse. The food is extremely SALTY. And you can see that their employees in the kitchen are not satisfied with their job because they throw the food container on the counter with ANGER. This place is just TERRIBLE! Trust me, don't! It is fast food, but my big problem with this place is that they are open seemingly random hours. I saw it open until midnight when I passed. But I also tried to go at 8:30 on a weekday and they came to an end.

This place is in desperate need of new management ASAP. Customer service is ridiculous. I'll call the phone line and I can't answer it. The young man reacts with ?yeah? very ghetto. Not even worth knowing about the products. I asked how many come in a side order of shrimps. He didn't know the answer. He talks to other people while on the phone and comes back like what did you say? Excuse me? After I have an order online for board pickup. It took 20 minutes and a phone actually called me out of the vehicle to say my order for him, I thought it was Uber eating? 0 stars. Not the first bad encounter I had at this point. Save the trouble and go to the Lakewood site.

Wow very disappointing I was always at this Yoshinoya and they have never served me this little Lol either they ran out of rice but 3 pieces chicken to Lol it is ok I know everything is super expensive now in days I better cook at home although my house is super hot when I get the only reason I eat on hot days???

Worst Yoshinoya ever!!!! Employees do not care nor have at least good customer service. Placed an online order to be picked up at 12:45pm, I ordered approximately 30 minutes before picking it up. I arrive at the restaurant and was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I was told that it would be another few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I had to cancel my order because my lunch was coming to an end (I only get 30 minutes). I tried canceling my order and they said they couldn't cancel it there and that I had to contact customer service.
