Boston Pizza - London

I was craving pizza, so I decided to have dinner tonight at Boston Pizza. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, hoping to have leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.

I have always been a fan of BPs in Calgary, so I was thrilled when they opened locations in London, ON a few years ago. I finally had the opportunity to eat there and was not disappointed.

We ordered Boston Pizza on May, Friday the 13th. They messed up our entire order, gave us all the wrong food not to mention the food was so awful my daughter could knock on her pizza???? We did not end up eating it. We called...them back to tell them this and that we would return the food they told us to call back in the morning as they were closing. When we called back the next morning they refused to take our calls, they would put us on hold and then hang up on us then when they did answer they told us this was harassment and they were phoning the police. Eventually the manager Paul told us we could come in and get our bonus bucks or Boston bucks. When we get there they gave us a “another managers” card, Kim was her name and told us to contact her to get our refund. When we called it was just the direct number for Boston pizza when we asked why the did this they ignored us and when we asked how we contact Kim they said “um, I’m not sure”. They ripped up our receipt and laughed and said we will not be getting anything. They ended up kicking us out and told us the police have been phoned and then Michelle came out to record us sitting in our car (I’m not sure why? Worst experience ever. They even accused us of “scamming” them they said our bill was too much and we intended us doing this from the beginning the entire time… HOWEVER, I order from here, this exact location all the time. The food was super dry, we were missing shrimp from the jambalaya, missing cactus cut, the gravy we so old and hard we couldn’t put our fries into it. They have us 7 salads when we should have only had three, didn’t give us our FIVE cheese toast instead just one garlic toast even though we upgraded. I have tons of video of not only the awful food but also the poor behaviour of the employees ripping up our receipt and speaking to us so rudely. (It wouldn’t let me add the videos

First call we were put on hold. After 10 minutes, we hung up and had to call back. Long drive to get treatment so yes, we were hangry.
