Steam Bar - London

I visited this bar and asked in advance about the minimum spend of £10.00 per hour. The staff were rude and only seemed interested in making customers buy more drinks. I couldn't believe that a luxury hotel like Hilton would have such a policy. My experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be returning to this bar. I plan to lodge a complaint with Hilton headquarters about their ridiculous policy. The bar was not busy, but the customer service was poor and the policy was nonsensical.

Enjoy a pleasant afternoon tea with excellent service and delicious food. While not the most well-known in London, this restaurant definitely gets the job done!

We had a GREAT visit! The drinks were phenomenal and the bartenders outstanding!!! Ricardo and Luciano were so helpful. We will def be back again!

I joined a networking event last Friday (15th March), received an excellent service from the bartenders and couple of pleasant chats with them and in general the all environment.

Immediately opposite Praed St underground exit. Very attentive service from Luciano. Good choice of vegetarian sandwiches in their afternoon tea offering. Will visit again soon.
