I didn't think! well silla bjerrum is both, and she runs the incredible feng sushi restaurants throughout london, including borough market, royal festival hall and kensington. in the work kitchen of their billingsgates filiale, fresh fishing everywhere and with silla, which is one of the best sushi cuisine, this was certainly a night to remember. never tried sushi before to try what was put before me was not only exciting, but a huge learning curve for my taste buds. and these taste buds were more than impressed! turtles were ruined with a spicy dip, organic tofu in miso dressing, mackerel salat with edamame, and crab meat donduri, to name some of the ten the best thing about the incredible taste of my mouth was that the ingredients are all produced locally. After the fish had bought from sustainable sellers on the fish market this morning, all products came from cornwall, devon and Scottland. even the tofu was handmade in brick lane! there is really not something they could complain about as to see the sustainable city price over us from its proud on the ground for everyone. if they are a sushi fan, or with the idea of trying to deceive it, then give feng sushi some of their time, and they will certainly not be disappointed. in that they will want to enjoy it so much that they want to use their delivery service for when they work hard in the office, I know that I will be!
There at a weekend. had a plate of mixed sushi and was not disappointed. the variety of beer there is also good. had also a taste of veg sushi. the mix of avocados and other crumbles gave the not veg-based sushi really competition. sitting well with limited sitting and a cozy ambiente.
I usually associate the london bridge area with the hordes that only visit the eating stalls at the weekend, but a visit to borough market shows a wet Saturday night that the masses have not cloged. the interieur is dark and atmospheric and affects the warming of the cold winter. there is a seasonal menu in the game and while we have largely ordered from the main, we are tried by the sesam tofu with mushroom sauce and it is fantastic. I would have appreciated some suggestions as to how to eat it, as we are confused, whether the sauce is used as dip or a suppe to soak the tofu. the tofu is crispy on the outside and firm on the inside and the sauce is more of a broth with mushrooms and mixed vegetables, but nevertheless a delicious food. our salmon-sashimi is fresh, but has some significant fat strips through it.
A more ideal and definitive earthly sushi bar is feng sushi, a divine small chain of sushi restaurants with a great sustainability program to boot (because youngs, as much as they want to ignore it, they know that green is the new black.) we had lunches

In the restaurant there are several types of menus vegetarian and gluten free, which is quite nice to note. When I went there , I ordered the miso soup, the Salmon Spring Rolls to start, concerning the main course, I opted for their pre-made box: 8 Piece Salmon and a Japanese Bento. I think their prices are reasonable enough for the quantity and quality of their sushis. This place is very quick and you can also take your order with a take away or delivery option with a minimum spend of 15 for delivery.
