Contribuiți la feedbackHands off!!!!!!! As tourists who are constantly on the move in the Czech Republic and like to go there, we had decided to eat the Czech national dish Goulash with Bohemian dumplings . In front of the restaurant, we noticed that the entire restaurant was empty. Nevertheless, we gave the place a chance. When asked if this dish existed, the answer was yes and it was shown on the menu. (Only in Czech language). When we received the dish, we noticed the very small portion (4 slices of dumplings). Also the goulash and the sauce of the meat swam totally in fat and the taste made the impression of the ready-made sauce from the can. The waiter or boss was very arrogant and cool in the whole appearance. The woman on staff also seemed very cool and also very dingy. The toilets were locked, after we got a key the toilet was very dirty and smelly. When we asked for the bill, we got a handwritten note charging for a large beer even though we only had a small one. This was then corrected, but we still felt ripped off, since it was really unusual for the price. In addition, the dumplings were charged as a side dish with an additional (140 KC). A total of 31€ for 2 meager meals and 2 small beers is extremely unreasonable and overpriced by Czech standards. (even for Germany). After we gave this hint to the waiter, he got extremely loud and yelled around the street in front of everyone. He continued to bully even after we left. We really had the impression that the waiter was trying to rip us off deliberately! Stay away, overpriced, arrogant, unfriendly, dingy!!! A shame for the beautiful Czech town of Ellenbogen-Loket !!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Absolutely disappointing! The waiter was very rude, the wrong food was served and the amount was not what was described. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Kč 500–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Attention rips off tourists. Prices not appropriate for the food and quality around €100 for 4 dishes and a drink each. Invoice scrawled on paper. Busy in the afternoons, empty in the evenings, which indicates that there are no regular guests and only lives from one time passengers . Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Catastrophe! The sun is shining, you are walking around the garden, you feel like a draft Pilsner. Before you sit down, an arrogant elderly waiter yells at you. If you don 't eat, then no beer! You have it on the sign! We probably would have eaten as well, but we lost our appetite! Pilsenský Prazdroj should stop supplying beer here it 's sad, especially if you come from Pilsen... Food made with burnt oil, overpriced, very slow service.
