Charleys Cheesesteaks - Lodi

Save your .. Was going to order a cheese steak and saw the beef sitting out behind them while they cooked orders on a regular counter. NOT A COOLING COUNTER OR STATION. The beef was the shape of the cheap minute-maid kind with the square shape and white paper between them- No sir, not for what your charging!! Ordered the wings instead and they were tasteless and VERY DRY. A sign of using frozen or reheated wings. Price was high too for that also. You can do better at home, trust me! If I could give it back I would! BIG MISS HERE!!

$32 for 2 small sandwiches with almost no meat on them and soggy greasy fries. Won't give them a nickle of my money going forward! I've wasted 20 minutes just trying to crisp up the fries while my sandwich gets ice cold. Apparently that is almost $10 for small and the regular is only 1/3 larger.

Awesome cheesesteaks. The ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is delicious. I ordered the classic cheesesteak and the vegetarian delight. And the classic loaded fries. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Best cheesesteaks around!!!

We ordered via computer at work...for delivery. We had to change something prior to placing the order..and the delivery reverted to pick up...which I did not note until the order was completed. I call the store within 45 seconds. They could not help me left me hanging for over 10 minutes...I was told I had to cancel the order and then redo it. I had to wait to get the phone number to cancel ... then another person came on...asking can I help you? He was no help. Thank goodness we had someone go and get the order. But not using them or their app again...nothing special

Staff was very friendly and polite. Food was amazing. Got the fiesta cheesesteak and it was delicious. Lived in the area for a long time and never tried it before. But I will definitely be coming back.
