Wendy's - Locust

Due to no sign outside the restaurant saying the dining room is closed, we got our baby out of the car and had to put him right back in when we realized the door was locked. We’ve used the drive-thru in the past and they have great food, but I guess the drive thru is always full because the dining room isn’t open.

They will not let you use a 50$ bill or a 100$ bill. So I just quit going there.

Well that was.. interesting.Ordered $30 worth of food from Wendy’s for dinner this evening. One of those items being chicken nuggets. The older lady who was helping me said “would you like any dipping sauce” to which I responded “yes please, I’ll take 2 ranch and 2 ghost pepper ranch.”She then says “I’ll give you one of each”I say “oh I don’t mind to pay for them, I just use a lot of sauce.” She responds “I have no way to charge you for the sauce.”Well now I’m confused. If Wendy’s had an issue with it then I would imagine they would just charge you more once you requested more than what “comes” with your entree?I was a little baffled when after all of this I opened my bag to you guessed it.. 2 sauces. lolI asked for an additional sauce and she said “we really can’t be giving these out like this. We run out of them if we do.” I didn’t say anything in response to this comment.If it’s a money thing.. charge me for it.If it’s an inventory thing.. order more?Felt more like an employee abusing their “power” to enforce non existent rules.P.S. the young lady that served me my food was super nice and very hospitable. It was just the older employee that gave me grief

Went around 10pm and that night crew need to find some happiness somewhere in their lives or something. They didn’t say a word, they were miserable and had bad attitudes. Food was sloppy (which I understand, it’s fast food and will never look like the pictures and advertisements). They acted like they were annoyed i came, but they close at 2am, it’s not like I arrived 30 minutes before close. The food was luke warm at best. They forgot my sour cream and butter on the baked potato, which looked like they just took their hand and squeezed it to open it. Never will return at night again (I’m sure they found happiness in that statement since they seem like they don’t want to be there).

Not respectful and horrible language in front of customers …
