This restaurant is one of those that have reopened. Hidden in a solitary corner, however, it 's clearly well known to the public, because for a Saturday lunch finally there were no vacant tables. We found one because we went to book two hours before the lunch, during our walking in the neighborhood. The choice on the menu isn 't large (but I don 't consider this a limit . In addition, some dishes, such as the most typical of Livorno, the cacciucco , were not available (it was explained to us that, being the restaurant opening allowed only for lunch, large amounts of food cannot be purchased, because they risk not being consumed . Despite this, our lunch was excellent: it included: an appetizer of moscardini (small squid in a cacciucco style sauce, a first course of paccheri (a kind of pasta with mussels and clams, two main dishes of fried cod, with two different side dishes for each of us: green salad or tempura. The bill, including wine and coffee, was 55 euros for two people, very moderate. Restaurant 's crowding (within the limits set by the Covid emergency is therefore fully justified.
