I ordered 2 pizzas from this location through the Papa Johns mobile app. The price was $40 with delivery and TIP. The pizzas were never delivered and the store couldn't have cared less. The store contracted through Door Dash for deliveries. The Door Dash driver was sent to the incorrect address ~2 miles from my house) based on the incorrect delivery address in the app. I didn't realize the address was incorrect in the mobile app until this happened. I tried to change the delivery address in the mobile app several times, and while it would allow me to change the address, it wouldn't save the address, so something was not working properly in the app. Regardless of the poor functioning technology, I called the store to give them a chance to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes, and in business often times you can get a chance at redemption, but not here. The store manager said there was nothing they would do. No credit for a future pizza; No refund; No making 2 more pizzas for me and my family who waited 1.5 hours for this non-delivery to become known; Nothing...it was my fault and wished me a nice night. The pizza market is very competitive. In the area I recommend Buddy's pizza, Tomatoes Apizza, or the pizza from Crispelli's. You might pay more, but you will get quality food and the customer service is fantastic.
There is no better chain pizza that I know of in metro lest you consider Tomatoes Apizza a chain. Sure you might find a single Hungry Howie that does a fantastic job but then fall short at all the other locations. Papa John's must have a great top down attitude because it filters through perfectly to the customer. The closer location closed down but I always felt judged when I would accumulate enough reward points to order. At this location, not the case, in fact they make me feel like I've achieve something. One time I was told to get a free 20oz pop from the fridge. And my whole transaction was $2 for two pizzas. I highly recommend the garlic dipping sauce, and the peppercini. Have never had pizza delivered so rating doesn't reflect delivery experiences with Papa Johns. You can't go wrong
I’ve been ordering from them close to 5 years. Usually I have good service, no complaints. My last order has sent my loyalty to diff pizza place. I ordered online (I couldn’t drive bc I had surgery). After waiting 35 min,I get a phone call that there was a “glitch” with the ovens and my pizza came out burned and they have to make me another. My kids were already waiting but I said sure go ahead. Waited another 40 min for 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks!! Wasn’t offered a free item, apology, refund, nothing. I can take my business somewhere else for this kind of service. And they have the nerve to add online that delivery fee is not a tip. Don’t forget to tip
We talked to the team here about a week ago to see if they could do a huge order for our daughter’s first birthday. They were so helpful and amazing to work with . They did a fantastic job with getting the order for pizza and cheese bread to the house . The deliver driver, even helped set up the pizza and cheese bread. Highly recommend to all future events for anyone .
Horrible horrible pizza. Jets was closed so I decided to order from mama johns. Sausage pizza was horrible. Wings tasted undercooked, the philly.. sandwich was bland. The only 2 good things I got tonight were the breadsticks the crush soda. Spent $45 for food that was worth about $10. I’m sure I would have enjoyed it if I was wasted.
