Pancheros Mexican Grill Livonia

Great looking restaurant until you get to the ordering counter. The fillings center was an absolute mess and off putting. We had to basically communicate telepathically with the team members as they didn't say anything to us for probably 5 minutes. We asked a question and got a look of being inconvenienced as they were talking about something not work related. Ordered 2 soft drinks only to find there was no ice in the dispenser. Food was ok but we're not going back to Pancheros again. Please, take an entry level course in basic customer service.

We highly recommend the carne asada and the phenomenal guacamole. They are both excellent choices!

DONT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD: Swiped my CC and it was stolen then fraudulent charges posted at a gas station later.

The food here is absolutely so good! Queso is the best you'll have too!

No acknowledgement for first 5 minutes, I was there. 3 employees no one said a word to me. When I finally got waited on the employee had a attitude. Charged me $3.50 for 1 laddle of queso. First time trying pancheros, and last time. Thanks but no thanks.
