Amazing customer service while their credit card system was down. They were kind and offered a reasonable solution. Not everything goes right, and it wasn’t the employees fault, it was how they handled it!

Fast and Friendly, Fries were hot and fresh. Bread was soft and cheese steak was filling and tasty. Price was fair and I left full.Food: 5/5

Are we getting lucky?? I am not sure, but we have gotten delivery a handful of times from here, just your basic cheese steak with extra cheese, no other toppings, sometimes with green peppers and it has been spot on every single time. Hits that cheese steak craving! Some people mentioned in reviews about the steak being cold, only thing i can say is we have never had it be cold and it has been delivery. Is it hot, no, but it had never been cold thankfully. We will definitely be regulars ordering here.

I regularly order from this location. I must be one of the lucky ones that receive exceptional service! Today Alan went above and beyond to make my birthday. It seems that they really live up to the cup’s motto: “Every act of KINDNESS creates a ripple with no end” ? Alan’s kindness really made my day. Thank you. ??

Waited at the mall from 125 to 142 for my order only to have the wrong sandwich!
