Top notch gelato run by Antonio and his brothers!! A must stop after climbing the volcano crater! We ended up going three times in three days! Clean bathroom…important tourist note
You deserve stop at Il Gelato Di Antonio on your way down from Gran Centre (and also if you didn’t decide for the hike). This is very nice place with amazing desserts we tried almost all what they have: granite, ice cream, coffee, cannoli etc. The best in their class!
Real sicilian homemade ice cream, friendly staff. Go there first and ask them where to eat... They will give you good advice.
I would have given this 5 stars if I hadnt experienced the granita of Alfredo in Salina but theirs was also VERY good and so were their gelato. I do recommend the pistachio granita topped by a scoop of pear and ginger gelato. Nice owners too.
