I called in on Saturday and when I got to the counter downstairs to pay was met by a very nice young lady Sophia , she was very pleasant and engaging and I even got 20% off thanks to Sophia . What a credit to M&S thank you

We came here today for my son's school trousers. At first we could not find the right length trousers, but a lovely assistant named Janet went out of her way to help us find the right trousers and place the order. Even though she was in the middle of another job, she happy to help. If everyone was like Janet, the world would be a lovely place ! Thankyou Janet !
