Very good refined tasteful tasty and good complement of ingredients/flavours. Exceptional fried cauliflower/pan fried halibut, delish roasted carrots/glazed mapple suckling pig. To be repeated!

Excellent food, great friendly service, fine wine and fun decor. A bit pricy and time consuming but with it. The prix fixe meal is worth it or just get the pork belly.

Would recommend. For a complete meal you choose a cold and a warm dish. The coriander tuna tartare was really good. The Laurentide beef was good but a bit too cook for medium raw in my opinion.
