I've been going since the early 70s. You want a fabulous Italian bakery that does their stuff well? Go. Today I tried something I've never had in all the years that I've been going their chicken cutlet sandwich. The chicken is huge, the cheese is generous, the peppers inside are fabulous.....just get one and bite into it. You'll be happy. The bread is so fresh, the pastries never disappoint, the service is lovely. I don't have a bad thing to say about this place.
I went to Bruno yesterday to buy a slice of pizza. I haven't bought from these guys since they were on Allard street in Ville Emard a few years ago.and it was always very good. Anyways, I went in and I saw pizza slices in the counter. I asked the girl how much, and she started to say $6.00,but before she finished, the other lady behind her said $5.00, so I bought it and went home.. When I got home and opened the paper, it was nothing more than a dried up pizza slice, that was stale and hard. I put it in the microwave, but that didn't help too much, so I fed it to the birds. It's for sure I will never ever be going back there again!!
The Bruno family are amazing people. The food is amazing, the place is always clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming!Thank you for a consistently amazing experience
