Pizza Hut - Lilburn

I ordered one item from this place and it was chocolate chip cookie! I checked the order from top and everything was fine but as soon I checked it from bottom the whole thing was burnt. I’d like to get my money back if it’s possible please.

First of all, they deliver with door dash and don't disclose that until after you place the order. I have been waiting over an hour for my delivery order. Door dash just called to let me know they've been waiting for nearly an hour at the store and they are cancelling my pickup. He said the lady at the pizza hut location had an attitude because there were a lot of customers. I've called the store several times and no answer. Don't waste your time and money here.

I place my order at 8.51 for Carryout it said it be ready in 20 minutes get to the store the light are out there 2 employees inside I ask for my order he said we closed then closed the door in my face so I knock on the door in tell him it say you close at 12:15 online and on the door he said no we close at 9:00 so I asked about my food or money back and he said nothing then 3 minutes later he walked out with the employee and with wings in his hand and this was at 9:10 pm on a Saturday night spent 17:00 dollars on pizza and didn’t get my food or money back so I would never again return to this establishment which was my first visiting

Placed and order. Went to pick it up and the store was closes. The store was suppose to be open from 10am to 11 pm. Horrible!

They are too busy talking. It look like there are not working I place my order at 7:15 pm is 8:00 pm. And it not ready. They yes talking. Say bad works. And not working. If you don’t wanted to worked. Don’t work. But don’t complain later about. Not having nothing. On life. I take back everything I say after me talking to the manager, she apologize she was so friendly and she has told me doesn’t her there. Tell her their day being a manager so that’s why I changed my review so thank you very much and everybody has a second chance of life so thank you.
