Pizza Hut - Lilburn

Pizza was burnt and wrong. The big Hispanic dude was super rude and did not want to remake my burnt pizza. What a waste of money and time. I have a family to feed. My dog didn?t even want to eat the rest of the pizza. 3rd time. Should be shut down.

I called to place an order for delivery. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the line. Very poor customer service in general. Manager sounded like a flighty high school student with no concern for customer service or quality. I would skip this one and give the business to a local joint who?s ownership cares about the quality of product and service!

Waited on pizza to be made in side 15 minutes was the time to be ready. Ask to be cooked a certain way. The crew was playing loud music. With cuzz words in every other word. Lady with phone in hand touch pizza. Without gloves plus no mask. Ask for pizza to be cook well wasn't done . Won't be back go up the street to papa John's.

I?m usually satisfied with pizza hut?s services...just not tonight. Around 11:40pm 07/18/20 I ordered a big dinner box that included a Buffalo sauce/grilled chicken pizza. (medium one topping only) On delivery, my pizza was mostly bread with hardly any Buffalo sauce or chicken. I would be more than happy to send an email with a photo of the pizza as well as proof of date/time. I?m disappointed because I am one of this specific pizza hut?s most frequent customers, and no effort was put into my order tonight.

This place my order pizza all the time. I hope they will have window for drive through pick up. Thank you for excellent service and good food.
