Chili's Grill - Lilburn

The waitress is excellent. With limited resources and personnel. She was shining for a very important date. Facetime much needed and sought. The food was cooked well. The timing of the service at the point. Thanks for the great service, the young lady I wish I could remember your name. Tattoo on rt fore arm .

Absolutely horrible. It took nearly 45 minutes to get an order. I say an order because it wasn't what I ordered. Everything was warm to cool, nothing hot. The meat was overdone. They couldn't even get toppings on a burger right. In fact, it was completely backwards. Then the experience ended with an inability to count change. I'll never go back. It's too bad 0 stars isn't an option.

I really love the southwestern egg rolls!! I always order curbside pickup, but today I went inside. The place has a friendly atmosphere and the staff was very cordial. The ladies restroom was clean, and I didn't have to wait a long time for my order. I'll be back for more egg rolls...

I had a great visit to Chili's today. I forgot to get my waitresses name but she was awesome! Food was delicious and was served with a quickness!

This location is my favorite?????! This is my 3rd time visiting this one in a month and the server kicks butt! He's super friendly give just enough conversation and makes sure your food and drinks are excellent!!! I can't remember his name but he is large build with his ears pierced and normally wearing a headband. Oh and let me not forget that they have a new manager that is Great! He came to our table to make sure our food was cooked just as we ordered. Great team here ??
