Taco Bell - Lexington

Best taco bell in the area I stg. Their employees are always hilarious and in a good mood. My food is generally always made correctly, hot, and in the bag. They actually give napkins and plenty of sauce! The other night I got food and my cheesey fiesta potatoes were so good I almost cried.

Great location with speedy and accurate service. Taco bell food tastes great but does not digest well. Might need a day or two to bounce back.

Today my bf and I came through the drive thru on his lunch...I ordered my fav which was a Mexican pizza but it didn't taste right...it tasted like a chemical or something funny I couldn't really explain it , it made me sick....I would have probably given 2 stars but Angel was amazing. I didn't call to receive a free meal as I don't eat there much, I just wanted to inform her so no one else gets sick,but she did so anyway... excellent customer service makes a huge difference which is why I gave 5 stars but only for Angel because whoever was in drive thru today didn't seem like she was having a good day, but all in all this taco bell has stepped their game up mostly. Ps please please bring back the Carmel empanadas I could eat them for breakfast,lunch and dinner

Usually very little wait time, polite staff, always get my orders right, and provide decent portion sizes (meat, cheese, sauce, etc)

In 2021 I had made a complaint about 'This Taco Bell specifically is very MISLEADING in what it does in business. I have walked up a couple a times and was able to get service and food because (there are days where I just don 't have time to cook and I need to eat something and go to sleep). Now suddenly they don 't accept walk UPS anymore. I don 't have a car (NOT everybody can afford a car) They should have NEVER served me in the 1st place '. Very CONFUSING HOWEVER in 2022 there 's a DIFFERENT/NEW Management and Crew. That made ALL DIFFERENCE. Plus this Taco Bell
