Scott's Barbecue - Lexington

The pulled pig is amazing. I had nothing like that before. So good that we had two big pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, potato salad and sweet tea. Friendly staff and clean environment. Every bit worth the long ride. I won't forget this place and I'll go back soon.

I had the ability to eat various BBQs around the world, and were in some incredible BBQ restaurants all over America. The pulled pig on B.E. Scott's BBQ is hands down, some of the BEST BBQ I've ever had in 20 years traveling and eating around the world. It is not excessive with spices, and they allow you to make it your own taste experience. Truly, some of the tenderest and most amazingly drawn pig and chicken I have ever experienced. If you make a trip near Lexington Tennessee, you need to stop it a point here. Make sure you get there before they sell.

The best BBQ sandwich I've ever had. Everything was perfectly balanced between flavors and texture with the BBQ not being overpowered and standing out as the star of the show. I can't recommend B.E. Scotts enough. When I first ordered I was treated like a regular, which is nice, but as soon as the very attentive cashier realized I didn't know all the options I wanted on my sandwich she sweetened up and walked me though it. Do I want anything else on it? Mayo slaw or vinegar slaw? Sauce? Mild, sweet, or hot? It turned out perfectly. We rode over a hundred miles just to try this place for lunch, it would be worth going over a thousand.
