Boston Market - Lewisville

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered our Christmas dinner for pick up at the Lewisville location. When we arrived they said their systems were down and they never received our order. From ordering at 11:30 that morning to our 8:30pm pick up they never contacted us except to tell us our order is good to pick up. Since that day we have tried calling the store, the website, the team who takes the pick up orders and they have refused to give our money back. When we tell them the situation that happened they refuse to believe that we even placed the order even though we have the confirmation number and emails. We asked for the area manager’s phone number and were refused any contact information. If you take away anything from this post, please, NEVER ORDER FROM BOSTON MARKET.

This place should be condemned. The sign at the drive thru says pull to window, so I do that and sit there. Some woman comes to the window and says the drive thru is closed?? Why is the drive thru closed? So she said I had to come in which I didn’t like but I parked and went in. I go inside and there are multiples leaks coming from the ceiling with no wet floor signs out. So you tell people to enter and unsafe place. Also you knew I was coming in and I had to stand there and wait to be helped then your food looked awful and didn’t have many items. How is this place even open? It needs to be closed and torn down. Go anywhere else and it will be better!

Paid $120 for a thanksgiving dinner that was stored without refrigeration in a truck outside the store. The Turkey was 70 degrees by the time I got home (15 minute ride home) and it probably had been sitting like that all day in 60 degree conditions. Absolutely horrible.

Went in a couple hours ago wanted to buy a family size stuffing for a work event and they had just brought out a full pan of it for the display and I said cool I’ll take all of that. Man behind the counter says no we can’t. I said why. He said then we won’t have any for display. I said OK so you go back there and make more that’s how a kitchen works. He said no. They Missed out on a sale because he simply didn’t want to have to go back there and make more. This is DURING lunch time too. Very disappointed. Laziness

Rude staff and poor food. There’s better food nearby
