The volkshaus has a lot of beautiful, large tables, a beautiful freeseat, a good map, fair prices, which tastes kitchen - what more you want, you might think. but I noticed something for the repeated time negatiw. the service is underground in places. we were there with a group, it was not full, but until we were allowed to order, it took ten minutes. until the drinks came another 20! whether we want to eat something, we were not asked, we had to ask. then the coronation, it took over an hour until a few pommes and some burgers were served, two of seven eating were forgotten. on demand it was just "we look at" when the missing food came after 20 minutes, no excuse, no comment to be late. I have to say in order that at that evening two waitresses were in use. the for our table had no noticeable lust or qualification. empty plates and jars were simply standing, asking for more others were going to take off, almost always we had to make ourselves noticeable. the second waitress was much more committed and also faster (because she ordered were there after 3 min), but only occasionally helping out at our table.
