What a special experience! We came in as the 3rd table, and the cooking was done on the spot, table by table. So it took a while before the food was ready for us, so we opted for a surprise menu. But it was worth the wait; a bowl full of all kinds of different dishes served on injira pancakes. Nice and spicy! Hospitable friendly woman, she did everything alone, cooking, serving and washing the guests' hands, respect! Tip: bring a game to play while waiting.
