Bonchon Seven Hills - Leesburg

Avoid this location. The wings are overlooked, under sauced, poorly handled and massively lacking quality. My chicken breast came with a bone that nearly went down my throat. You know what doesn 't have bones in it? A chicken 's breast. If you are in the mood for bonchon, make the extra trek to South Riding, it will be worth your time. This location charges more for less.

Great service and the quality of the chicken is perfect not dry nor tiny. The salad is good. The place is clean and well organized. The owner is friendly. Just be patient with orders because the owner is the only one who take the orders.

The fried chicken was great! Crispy and savory. The salad vegetables were visibly pre-cut for awhile due to their dehydrated edges on the peppers, cucumbers, and some of the mesculin were wilted. The pork belly buns were mostly small chunks, rather than a full piece and a bit dry.

I have NEVER felt more unwelcome at a restaurant. The food was good and our server was nice so we still tipped...but the owner/manager behaved very unexpectedly toward my family and friends. We left a sporting event nearby on Saturday 10/1/2022 and wanted a quick bite to eat before going home. Instead of allowing our server to take the order the manager stood next to her, aggressively warned us that we should choose quickly because his kitchen needs to close... and caused confusion during the order since we didn 't know whom to speak to and were interrupted a few times (we repeated one selection twice to ensure it was included but they still forgot to make the dish until mid-meal when we reminded them something was missing . I was so shocked about the last call on orders that I checked their closing time thinking we had made a mistake in coming so late...but they claim to close at 10pm and we were warned by the staff at 8pm to hurry up! Why the place would be closing it 's kitchen at 8 on a Saturday is a mystery but if they took time to explain the situation (was there an emergency? we would have understood and been able to relax or choose somewhere else to eat instead. We were made to feel like the 'problem ' was our fault I will definitely not return to this location for a meal again.

Lovely as always! I had a wonderful conversation with the manager about this location (first time meeting him). I'd definitely recommend stopping by and dining-in. Meet the manager too! Fantastic individual who appears to really care about the establishment and Bonchon franchise as a whole.
