First Watch - Lees Summit

Our waitress took awhile to even great us. We had our whole order ready before she even said hi. We put our names in online arrived and was seated within 10 minutes. Food was good no complaints. Mimosa always hits the spot. I ordered the farmhouse skillet hash with a side of biscuits and gravy. He ordered the chikichanga. It has a lemon zest sauce he doesnt like but other than that it's fantastic.

So excited Lee?s Summit now has first watch!! Great, quality food, beautiful building, great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Had a hour and half long meeting and even once we were done eating our waitress kept coming over and checking on us! Highly recommend for anyone that cares about quality food and service!!

First Watch is a blessing to this town in my humble opinion. I love how many truly healthy options they offer. Service has been good every time as well. I had their seasonal drink this morning with pineapple and the Italian omelet along with the side salad. It was DELICIOUS.

Service was ehh. The food was good though, even though there was a hair in my food. The restaurant was clean.

Despite the high level of pretension to the menu, the food is tasty, hot and well prepared. I had the French toast which is made with a wonderful brioche bread and the million dollar bacon which was sweet, fiery, and extremely flavorful. If you don't mind a chain, then First Watch is a local favorite that I'm sure you will enjoy.
