Mcdonald's - League City

The food I received was either reheated or overcooked. I now dread coming here because the construction seems to never end.

After finishing my meal, I noticed that my fries were not ready. When I went to the counter, no one seemed to care.

The service and customer service at the Drive-Thru speaker and window was terrible at 1:57 PM on May 31, 2022. We frequent this restaurant often, but on this occasion, the person speaking on the loudspeaker had difficulty communicating with multiple customers.

Fast, orders are always correct. Only problem is the access to the restaurant, construction has made it difficult in that area. But, staff is always friendly!

Lazy management. Had an order for pickup that got messed up and had to go in, management told me to cancel and redo it. After being charged and showing the code for the payment. Left and went to Whataburger. Done with this place.
